1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SLUGGERZ Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Dashboard.

The SLUGGERZ Dashboard is a voluntary fan engagement experience operated by SLUGZ.

2. Nature of the Dashboard

The SLUGGERZ Dashboard is an experimental, community-based engagement system.

SLUGZCOIN$, XP, ranks, perks, and rewards are digital engagement elements only. They:

• Have no monetary value
• Are not currency
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be sold or transferred
• Do not represent ownership, equity, or financial interest

Nothing in the Dashboard constitutes a contract, promise, or guarantee of reward, benefit, access, merchandise, or experience.

The Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

3. Modification and Termination

SLUGZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Modify, update, or remove features
• Adjust XP, coin, or rank thresholds
• Substitute or remove rewards
• Suspend or discontinue the Dashboard entirely
• Restrict or terminate any user’s access

These changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

4. Rewards and Perks

Rewards are subject to availability and may vary.

Perks at shows, including but not limited to VIP access, meet and greets, backstage access, or special areas, are not guaranteed and are subject to venue policies, capacity, safety regulations, and operational limitations.

Participation in the Dashboard does not guarantee:

• Event access
• Merchandise
• Special treatment
• Physical or digital goods

All reward decisions are final.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Dashboard.
If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

SLUGZ reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

6. Abuse and Enforcement

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, automate, duplicate, or otherwise abuse the Dashboard system may result in:

• Immediate removal
• Forfeiture of coins, XP, and rank
• Permanent suspension

SLUGZ retains sole discretion in determining abuse or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SLUGZ, its affiliates, team members, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Dashboard.

SLUGZ shall not be liable for:

• Lost rewards
• System errors
• Technical failures
• Data loss
• Event access denial
• User misunderstandings

Participation is at your own risk.

8. No Warranties

The Dashboard is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

SLUGZ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Privacy

The Dashboard uses your phone number solely to:

• Verify Laylo RSVPs
• Track XP and SLUGZCOIN$
• Provide access to your dashboard

Data is not sold.

Users may request deletion by contacting:

SLUGZ will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

11. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and SLUGZ regarding the Dashboard.
